Within Germany: Standard delivery with Hermes (5.49 € / free for orders over 100 €,
3-5 working days)
Europe-wide: Standard delivery with DHL (14.99 € / free for orders over 200 €, 7-10 working days)
We will deliver your purchase within 3-5 business days of receiving your order confirmation. During peak and sale periods, delivery may take slightly longer.
Once we have packed your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with shipping details and a link to track your order online. Please note that it may take a few days for tracking information to become available.
You can also track your order under “Orders” once you have logged into your account.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that the return process must be initiated within this period.
A return is possible if the item is:

unworn and undamaged

in its original condition

complete, including original packaging

returned within the legal 14-day cancellation period
